Add 1 3/4 cup of warm water to the dry ingredients and mix. The dough should be sticky and a little wet. If the dough is too wet, add more flour, if the dough is too dry add more water.
Cover the dough with a silicone mat or towel and leave it to rest for 8-12 hours.
When you're ready to bake your loaf start by preheating your oven to 425 degrees.
With a loaf this size, I prefer to use a cast iron Dutch oven but a greased pan or dish with coconut oil will do too. If using a cast iron Dutch oven, add it to your oven while it's preheating.
Flour a cutting board and transfer your dough onto it. Then proceeded to fold the dough four times to shape it into a ball.
Cut off the four edges of the dough to make your turkey legs and wings. Transfer the "body" of the dough to the cast iron or greased pan. Lightly lay the legs on the bottom and the wings on the top. Then make a small slit to release air in the middle of the dough.
Place in the oven at 425 degrees for 30 minutes covered either by a lid or silicone mat. Then remove the cover and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy on top.
